  As per the guidelines of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, every week Inter House Competitions like debate, speech, elocution, extempore, declamation, drama, dance, monoaction, instrumental music and other cultural and literary activities are conducted through out the year as per the CCA calendar on Saturday afternoons. These competitions aimed at stimulating creative and competitive spirit among the students.

Our children also participated in the cluster and regional level competitions conducted by NVS and there the performance of our children was par excellence. Miss. Radharani Mishra and Miss Priyadarshini Padhi of Class XI lifted the glory of our Vidyalaya by getting First position in Regional Level English Debate Competition and 3rd position in Declamation respectively. Similarly, Master Soumyakant Swain represented our cluster in the Regional Maths Olympiad.
